Project Management
End-to-End Leadership
We manage and lead all stages of a project, acting as both Owner’s Representative and General Contractor, providing the most comprehensive level of oversight from pre-construction coordination through final completion. Our services begin with detailed plan review, consultant coordination, and permitting, and continue through the active management and monitoring of all construction activities from inception to closeout.
We build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, and city agencies to ensure projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule. By fully managing contracts, schedules, site activities, inspections, and all DOB and city requirements, we eliminate gaps in responsibility, reduce risk, and prevent costly delays or budget overruns. Our integrated approach ensures accountability, transparency, and successful project delivery from start to finish.
Owner Representative

Having a Construction Owner Representative is essential to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. As your representative, we supervise the entire construction process, acting as your advocate and safeguarding your interests from start to finish.
We oversee all aspects of the project, from pre-construction planning to final inspections, ensuring everything aligns with your vision, quality standards, and DOB regulations. Our role is to identify potential issues early, coordinate with all parties involved, PE, PA, designers, contractors and keep your project on track.

General Contracting
Building Done Right
Provides hands-on general contracting services, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day execution of construction projects. We manage all on-site operations, trades, schedules, and coordination to ensure work is performed correctly, safely, and according to approved plans.
Our role includes direct supervision of all subcontractors, sequencing of work, quality control, and enforcement of safety standards in compliance with NYC regulations and OSHA requirements. We are responsible for permits, inspections, and construction approvals.
With a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, we actively oversee every phase of construction, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure accountability across all trades.
